The Toys Home, you will be an integral part of our team, responsible for managing administrative tasks and contributing to the smooth functioning of our daily operations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to various departments, including sales, marketing, and management.
  • Assist in maintaining and organizing office documents, records, and databases.
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Monitor office supplies and ensure their availability.
  • Collaborate with team members to facilitate effective communication and workflow.
  • Handle basic bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing and expense tracking.
  • Assist in managing HRrelated tasks, including maintaining employee records and coordinating recruitment activities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to ensure the smooth operation of the company.

Qualifications and Eligibility:

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Problemsolving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Familiarity with basic bookkeeping principles is a plus.
  • Prior experience in a retail or toyrelated environment is advantageous.
  • Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
