As a Field QA/QC Manager you will be responsible for ensuring that the quality management of main contractor, their sub-contractors and suppliers whilst managing the duties of team of engineer's field engineers in liaison with engineer's construction team.


You will be conducting audits, assist audits scheduling and monitoring contractors' audits compliance and planning and coordinating contractors' inspections, tests and laboratories and carrying out surveillance of the contractors and sub-contractors works.

It's a great opportunity to consolidate data, perform statistical analysis and perform KPI preparation and daily and weekly, monthly report writing.

You will have the opportunity to carry out quality inductions and training with junior team members an develop their skills as a manager.

You will have autonomy over carrying out surveillance of the Contractors and Sub-Contractors works alongside method statements, ITPs, material submittals and quality documents.

Your key objective is to always to act professional, promote continuous improvement, lessons learned and preventative action.
