Overview of the role

You will oversee Al Futtaim's HR Applications portfolio, focusing on four key HRIS value streams: Strategy to Portfolio, Requirement to Design, Request to Fulfill, and Detect to Correct. Leveraging your expert knowledge of Successfactors, you will drive business value, enhance employee experience, and optimize costs in collaboration with EIT, Group Digital, and HR Process owners.

Playing a crucial role in the future systems roadmap, you will ensure a seamless transition during cutover activities. Your responsibilities will involve maximizing the benefits of our technology estate and working closely with various stakeholders and vendors.

What you will do

  • Act as the product expert for Talent Management, shaping the HR technology roadmap based on market trends and internal needs.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders and vendors to prioritize product backlog and translate initiatives into work packages.
  • Manage global system processes and applications within Talent Management.
  • Handle configuration, maintenance, and operation of the systems, ensuring operational support, incident resolution, and system changes align with HRIS guidelines.
  • Lead change management activities to enhance system adoption and usage.
  • Support People Analytics and ensure seamless reporting.
  • Align with the employee experience team to drive digital initiatives.

Required Skills to be successful

  • SuccessFactors Associate Certified.
  • Experience in SAP SuccessFactors modules like Performance and Goal Management, Succession Management, and LMS.

What equips you for the role

  • 4-7 years' experience in HR Technology projects.
  • Strong communication skills in English, with Arabic being a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP or SuccessFactors and knowledge of HR processes.
  • Understanding of ITIL methodologies and local HR legislative changes.
  • Proficiency in software development lifecycle methodologies.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail, efficiency, and timeliness in task completion.
  • Experience in international and complex organizations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
