As a Florist at Pop Balloons, you will be an integral part of our creative team, responsible for designing and crafting captivating floral arrangements that complement our clients' visions

Your role will involve:

Floral Design: Create visually stunning and on-trend floral arrangements for a variety of events, ensuring each piece aligns with Pop Balloons' signature style.

Event Collaboration: Collaborate with our event planning team to understand client preferences, themes, and color schemes to tailor floral designs accordingly.

Inventory Management: Oversee and manage floral inventory, ensuring the availability of fresh and high-quality flowers to meet client demands.

Innovation: Stay updated on the latest floral and design trends to bring fresh ideas and innovation to our offerings.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Florist, with a portfolio showcasing diverse floral designs.
  • Strong artistic and creative skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent knowledge of various flowers, foliage, and floral design techniques.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced, dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Secondary education and above.
  • Proven experience in operations management and sales, preferably in the event or balloon industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Creativity and the ability to think outside the box.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Detailoriented and committed to quality assurance.
