Job Title: Care Assistant

Salary: €8.25 to €15.00 per hour
Hours: Full time, Part time, Evenings, Weekends

We offer a Peak Rate of €10.00 per hour, 7 days a week between am and pm

+ Additional Travel Time

What we provide our Care Assistants:

  • Peak Rate Pay of €10.00ph (Peak hours am & pm)
  • €15.00 per hour on Bank Holidays
  • Up to 28 days paid holiday per year
  • Full in-house training
  • Funded DBS check

We have both Full Time and Part Time positions available with options for a guaranteed hours contract or flexible work schedules. No prior experience required as comprehensive training and continuous support are provided to all new team members.

Please note that the initial training spans a full week.

Typical responsibilities involve assisting our clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, changing clothes, medication reminders, and some light household chores like meal prep and shopping, all while offering them companionship.

Care Assistant/ Support Worker / Community Care / Carer / Care at Home / Care Worker
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary, Contract, Permanent
Salary: €8.25 to €15.00/hour

Licence:

  • Own transport (Preferred)
  • Full Driving Licence (Preferred)

You will be accountable for fulfilling the support needs of our clients while maintaining their independence and dignity. Your role entails visiting clients at their homes to assist with daily activities as agreed upon between the client and Caremark.

The assistance provided is akin to what a family member would offer. For example, you may help with personal care tasks like bathing and dressing, or household chores.

Principal Responsibilities

Your duties would involve aiding clients with activities such as:

  • Assisting with washing & dressing
  • Shopping & meal preparation
  • Reminding about medication
  • Supporting daily routines
  • Providing respite services
  • Participating in social and leisure activities
  • Assisting clients in accessing the community
