Met jouw team ben je verantwoordelijk voor:
**1. Strategiebepaling**:
De fondsmanager ontwikkelt de investeringsstrategie voor het fonds, bepaalt de doelstellingen, en stelt richtlijnen op voor de selectie van onroerend goed investeringen.

**2. Portefeuillebeheer**:
De manager beheert de portefeuille van onroerend goed activa, waarbij hij/zij beslist over aankoop, beheer en verkoop van eigendommen om optimale rendementen te behalen voor de beleggers.

**3. Marktanalyse**:
Het voortdurend analyseren van markttrends en economische indicatoren is essentieel om kansen in de markt te identificeren en risico's te mínimaliseren.

**4. Due diligence**:
De fondsmanager voert grondig onderzoek uit naar potentiële investeringen, inclusief de juridische, financiële en fysieke aspecten van onroerend goed.

**5. Financieel beheer**:
De manager is verantwoordelijk voor het budgetteren, financiële planning en het beheer van de cashflow van het fonds om de financiële gezondheid te waarborgen.

**6. Risicobeheer**:
Het identificeren en beheren van risico's verbonden aan onroerend goed investeringen is een cruciale taak om de belangen van de beleggers te beschermen.
