About The Internship


We are seeking an Outbound Sales Intern - to support the management of the outbound sales process - in which arcab will be researching, identifying, and connecting with prospective customers.

The Outbound Sales Intern's responsibilities include ensuring smooth daily management of the outbound sales process, performing administrative tasks, customer research and assisting the sales team as needed.


You Would

  • Build a preliminarily target list of prospective customers (leads) based on company criteria that arcab provides including, Number of employees, and annual revenue
  • Make discovery calls to identify interest for arcab's services, and set up meetings for the Sales Team to connect with the leads generated
  • Update and Maintain arcab's Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) database to organize these leads
  • Coordinate with Sales Team to support management of the Sales Process.

We'd Love To Meet If You Have

  • Stellar oral and written communication skills. English fluency is a must and knowledge of Arabic a plus
  • Ability to pick up the phone and connect with prospective customers
  • An entrepreneurial spirit willing to work hands on, take ownership and lead initiatives
  • Adequate knowledge in Excel/ Google Sheets / MS Office
  • Experience with inventory management, database, or similar software is beneficial, along with a willingness to learn how to effectively use new software and sales tools
  • Ability to work independently or in a group.
