- Training new staff.

- Handling cash and credit card payments reports for Head Office.

- Overseeing product availability and pricing.

- Responding to customer complaints and queries in a professional manner.

- Maintain the neatness and cleanliness of the store.

- Organize displays ensuring shelves stock & replenishing when necessary.

- Welcoming & assisting customers to the store and answering their queries.

Handling returns of merchandise.

Assist with store inventory audits and stock ordering and receiving.

REQUIREMENTS

. Must have excellent communication in English.

. Experience with retail inventory and merchandising procedures.

. Friendly and outgoing personality with a customer service focus.

. Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and public holidays.

. Knowledge of issuing changes due receipts or refunds to customers.

. Should be able to join immediately.

. Salary AED 3,000 plus incentives.

Pay:
Up to AED3,000.00 per month
