What We're Looking For:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements and objectives.
- Conduct thorough analysis of business processes, workflows, and systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Translate business requirements into clear and concise functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including business process models, data dictionaries, and system diagrams.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure alignment between business requirements and technical solutions.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and brainstorming sessions to gather requirements, clarify objectives, and resolve issues.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret complex data from multiple sources.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques, such as process mapping, data modeling, and requirement elicitation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and familiarity with related tools such as JIRA
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
