Observar la actividad en la instalación recreativa y reaccionar correctamente conforme a los procedimientos operativos locales en caso de emergencia.
Brindar servicio de cajero cuando trabaja en instalaciones que incluyen transacciones en puntos de venta. Ayudar cuando se lleven a cabo funciones privadas de actividades en grupos y eventos en las instalaciones recreativas.Estar atento a posibles situaciones en las que participar en una actividad no sea seguro para los huéspedes e informar al supervisor/gerente.
Brindar asistencia a los huéspedes heridos hasta que llegue el servicio médico de emergencias. Limpiar y mantener en condiciones las instalaciones recreativas, los equipos y los suministros.Informar sobre accidentes, lesiones y condiciones de trabajo inseguras al gerente; finalizar la capacitación y las certificaciones sobre seguridad.
Cumplir con las políticas y los procedimientos de la compañía, asegurarse de que tanto el uniforme como el aspecto personal sean pulcros y profesionales, mantener la confidencialidad de la información de la compañía y proteger sus bienes.
Dar la bienvenida y atender a todos los huéspedes de acuerdo con las normas de la compañía; anticiparse a las necesidades de servicio de los huéspedes y atenderlas; asistir a las personas con discapacidades y dar las gracias a los huéspedes con un aprecio genuino.
