The Inclusion Mentor will work in conjunction with the Leader of Inclusion and Wellbeing and the Principal to ensure that the school is fully inclusive, championing the talents and needs of all learners.

The post holder will also create a culture where people of determination, inclusion and diversity are at the heart of all systems, processes, and actions.

The Inclusion Mentor is responsible for supporting the strategic direction and development of SEND provision and inclusion.

They will promote efficient and effective strategy of teaching as well as being well versed in the School's Inclusion Policy to ensure that pupils with special educational needs are able to be fully included in all aspects of the school regardless of SEN or disability.

Requirements:

A university degree related to the role;
A recognised teaching qualification;
Fluency in English;
At least 3 years teaching experience, preferably in an international setting;
Previous experience working with SEND and EAL students;
Recent and consistent involvement in cocurricular activities;
Proof of suitability for working with children (background check documentation).
