Consults specialists for significant issues, records decisions, and procedures.
Implements preventive maintenance procedures and ensures timely spare parts supply.
Determines repair priorities, ensures competent execution, and approves invoices.
Prepares monthly reports on works, machine maintenance, energy consumption, etc.
Controls and approves invoices for installations, spare parts, and material consumption.
Organizes training for engineering staff and assists in Fire & Safety training.
Manages maintenance contracts, liaises with authorities, and monitors their work and invoices.
Ensures staff familiarity with emergency procedures and conducts regular technical training.
Initiates Fire Fighting Training and maintains vacation/public holiday records for staff.
Familiarizes with company documentation and standards, assists in new openings.
Undertakes any other reasonable tasks as assigned.
QualificationsBachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in hospitality maintenance or a similar role.
Understanding of hotel operations and guest service standards.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with staff and guests.
Familiarity with safety regulations and standards in the hospitality industry.
