We are looking for a smart, goal-oriented, and energetic Sales Development Team Leader who will be responsible for supporting a team of Sales Development Analyst ensuring smooth operational execution of recurring day-to-day activities.
What will you be doing?:
- Responsibility towards supporting all Sales Development Analysts from two core pillars of the business within both our target market:
- Ensure that the team is able to achieve their weekly and monthly KPI's.
- Aid in forecasting and managing sales development pipeline.
- Create and refine existing processes for managing inbound and outbound pipeline
- Identify objections and challenges faced by the team and propose solutions.
- Reporting and projecting key success metrics to VP & Exec Team
- Helping the team grow with adequate training and learning methods
- Raise the bar within the team by hiring exceptional talent on a regular basis
- Ensure seamless handover of meetings set/opportunities with the commercial sales team.
- Play a key role in development of the team in terms of providing feedback, enhancing skills, and assessing performance of all Sales Development Analysts.
- Share ideas, run experiments, and partially assist in execution of strategic projects.
- Identify process gaps and areas where efficiencies can be improved contribute towards building these processes along with the VP and the exec team.
