  • To do cost control of various business expenses to ensure no waste of co. Resources
  • Analyses current month exp. Building wise such as power, water and chiller and compare them with last month and also that for the same period last year and investigate if up more than 10%
  • Costs control of other consumable from store for each bldg and compare with last 3 months average and investigate to report diff plus reason for the same. Also store wastage if any amount and reason to report
  • Payroll cost change and justification for hike and or fall in payroll
  • Analyses legal expenses of cases for bounced chq/unpaid chq/ eviction for non payment of tenants with legal dept and see if significant different and report reason
  • Pantry expenses compare with last month and year before and report finding
  • Review bank facility charges and compare with prior period and investigate diff if higher than5%
  • Check co. Vehicle maintenance cost and compare with last month and year average and investigate rise if any to report
  • Compare building wise Annual maintenance contracts and compare them with last year and industry standards to report findings
  • Any other jobs as assigned by CFO/management
