  • Abu Dhabi, UAEJob Responsibilities/Accountabilities:Lead independently a team of Sr.
Engineers/Engineers, Sr. Designers/Designers & Draftsmen within disciplineEnsure effective communications and co-ordinations between all supervised staff, Lead Engineers of other departments and Project Managers, to ensure mutual awareness of requirements and sharing of information and common resourcesMonitor overall productivity and efficiency of the projects, forecast trends and anticipate potential prob

Basic QualificationsJob Requirements/Qualifications/Experience:

A Bachelorâ€s degree in Mechanical Engineering15+ years of experience in professional mechanical engineering, involving design, planning, checking, general management and supervisory responsibility in oil & gas industryMust have worked at least 5 years as Senior Engineer, supervising and guiding a team of engineers & designersExperience in reviewing Key Deliverables prepared by mechanical team or produced by other work-share officesHas clearly demonstrated strong engineering competence, interpersonal / team building skills & leadership skillsThorough knowledge of industry practices, codes and standards applicable to mechanical engineering.

Working knowledge in various areas of mechanical engineering, such as static equipment, rotating equipment, packages, HVAC and tanksHands on experience in industry software, , such as Pv Elite, Tank 2012, E Tank, Compress, E20-II HAP, MS Office Suite, etc.

Basic knowledge of AutoCADShould have excellent communication skills essential for Client, Interdisciplinary and Vendor coordination, and coordination with other work-share offices.
