As a Talent Acquisition Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our talent acquisition efforts and ensuring the recruitment process runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with posting job openings on various job boards, company website, and social media platforms.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers and team members to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
  • Assist with organizing recruitment events, job fairs, and campus recruitment activities.
  • Provide support with other HRrelated tasks and projects as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Prior experience in HR or talent acquisition preferred but not required.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) preferred.
  • Proficiency in Tagalog language is required.
