So join us in co-creating the future of RAKBANKWhat You Will Be DoingGenerate new business to achieve defined sales targets in all Wealth Management productsBuild and deepen relationships with existing WM customers to achieve increase in share of wallet and revenuesHandle portfolio of customers who are of a higher and more sensitive nature.
Assessment of the quality, potential and profitability of new relationships as well as the existing portfolioEnsure that the service standards of WM are met and maintainedProvide truly professional customer service to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction and retentionEnsure proper documentation is done across products and timely draw-down.
Update customers on the global economic policies and trends; be abreast with information on equities, bonds, commodities, futures, options, indices, bullion, derivativesOffer products that suits the customers risk profile and appetiteBe fully abreast with the market competition to be able to provide information to the customer on products without any biasBe able to manage an incremental portfolio of relationships; liabilities, AUM and assetsAdvise and promote Mortgage, SME business and other businesses of the bank and to refer potential cases to the respective businessBe fully aware of entire product and service range available in WM programme and keep abreast of market developments, both global as well as localEnsure that the business is booked as per laid down procedures and guidelines and due diligence is carried out with respect to money laundering and other regulatory requirementsWhat You Should HaveExperienced in Wealth Management and relationship management in a similar HNWI relationship management role in banksExperience in advisory level on investment product offeringsWhat We Are Looking ForStrong selling and inter-personal skills required to market new customers and sell bank productsKnowledge on investment products and skills to evaluate customers need using analytical approachKnowledge on market economics and the working dynamics of the stock / share / commodities / equitiesInitiative and drive to achieve set targets and service standardsRelationship Management skillsAbility to understand alternative investment opportunities to resist competitive pressures and retain clientsWhat's In It For YouPay for performance culture (Competitive and performance-linked compensation).Provision of medical care plan for your family and you.
