We are looking for a Social Marketing Expert to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels for our company.

Plan and execute all digital marketing, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaignsBuild, Create and manage the company's social media profiles and presence, including Instagram/ Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and additional channels that may be deemed relevant.

Ensure all company collaterals are always updated and availableWork closely with our Web Developers to update our company website.
Create shareable content appropriate for specific networks to spread both our brand and our content.

Monitor and engage in relevant social discussions about our company, competitors, and/or industry, both from existing leads and customers as well as from brand new audiences.

Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insightsBrainstorm new and creative growth strategiesCreate Mailing campaigns, Newsletters, events to expand brand recognition and allow content creation during events.

Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch pointsInstrument conversion points and optimize user funnelsCollaborate with agencies and other vendor partnersPhotography and Drone will be a Great Plus

Requirements:
BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience of minimum of 2 years in UAE.English ( Arabic Speaking is a plus)Proven working experience in digital marketing with strong Social Media Knowledge
