Job Title:
Telecaller (Female)

Responsibilities:

  • Contact potential customers to inform them about our products and services
  • Answer questions about our company and products
  • Manage and update customer information in our database
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with their purchase
  • Achieve weekly and monthly targets

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar customer service/sales role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to speak in English, Hindi, and any other local language is preferred

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
AED1, AED3,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
