We are looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for real estate.

As a part of our successful team, you will be responsible for creating and managing real estate listings, building solid relationships with clients, and providing exceptional customer service.

This is a commission-based role with flexible full-time or part-time options.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients in buying, selling, or leasing residential or commercial properties.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential properties and stay updated on current market trends and conditions.
  • Provide guidance and advice to clients on property pricing, negotiation, contracts, and related legal and financial matters.
  • Create and maintain listings of available properties, including gathering property details, taking photographs, and preparing marketing materials.
  • Actively prospect and generate leads through various channels, such as referrals, networking, online platforms, and cold calling.
  • Arrange and conduct property showings, open houses, and property tours for potential buyers or tenants.
  • Evaluate property values and advise clients on pricing strategies based on market analysis and property conditions.
  • Collaborate with other real estate professionals, such as mortgage brokers, appraisers, and lawyers, to facilitate smooth transactions.
  • Stay updated on real estate laws, regulations, and industry practices to ensure compliance and provide accurate information to clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts, purchase agreements, and lease agreements on behalf of clients.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate records of property transactions, client interactions, and financial information.

Qualifications:

  • Proven working experience as a Real Estate Broker or relevant role in the real estate industry.
  • Strong knowledge of the local real estate market, property laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Selfmotivated and proactive with a strong drive for achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and industry professionals.
  • Proficient in using real estate CRM software and other relevant technology tools.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, or a related field (preferred).
