The Kitchen Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the kitchen. This individual will work closely with the head chef and other staff members to ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest quality standards and that the kitchen runs smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
  • Develop and maintain a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professionalism
  • Ensure that all food is prepared according to the restaurant's recipes and quality standards
  • Work with the head chef to develop and update menu items and specials
  • Order and maintain inventory of kitchen supplies and equipment
  • Ensure that all kitchen equipment is maintained and in good working order
  • Monitor food costs and minimize waste
  • Ensure that the kitchen is clean, sanitary, and in compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Oversee the plating and presentation of all dishes to ensure they meet the restaurant's standards
  • Ensure that all orders are prepared in a timely manner and delivered to customers promptly
  • Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally

Salary:
AED3, AED10,000.00 per month
