We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Outside Sales Representative to join our team As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing our sales strategies and managing sales proposals to our existing and potential customers.

Outside Sales Representative duties and responsibilities

Outside Sales Representative requirements and qualifications

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or Communications
  • Minimum of X years of experience in Outside Sales
  • Experience with CRM software
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Familiarity with different sales techniques

  • Responsible for sales of grain storage, handling, conditioning and drying systems or agriculture equipment
  • Contact customers, requiring effective written and verbal communication and the ability to build customer rapport while managing their expectations
  • Respond to and take action on all sales leads generated and is key in training customers in product features and sales tools.
  • Implement and follow the company's strategies, values, and decisions within the territory
  • Identify sales leads and convert leads to sustainable sales
  • Initiate and improve customer relations via customer interaction, with special emphasis on customer visits to active and potential customers
  • Provide customers with technical expertise
  • Drive activities (e.g. marketing, promotion, claim handling, etc) towards the customers
  • Provide customer feedback and information to the company that contributes to the development of the company (e.g. business opportunities, legislation, competition, product development)
  • Sales and profitability development for customers within the territory

  • Thai national with at least a bachelor's degree
  • At least five years of sales experience in a related industry is essential and sales experience in Southeast Asia is helpful
  • Having work experience in technical sales, selling grain storage, handling, conditioning and drying systems or agriculture equipment to customers in manufacturing or agriculture industry
  • Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office
  • Very good in Thai and English.
  • Have a valid Driving license and able to travel in Thailand and overseas
  • Able to travel overseas
  • Able to work independently
  • Responsible for our clients Business Unit short and long term growth & profitability performance in all Asia Pacific (excluding China)
  • Leading a team of Sales Managers, Product Managers, and Technical Service Managers in Asia.
  • Develop a commercial plan for our clients business unit based on overall strategic direction and ensure alignment in the whole team.
  • Thoroughly understand attractiveness and competitive position in markets, customers, and competitors, and use it to develop a regional strategy in line with global direction.
  • Design an optimal product mix strategy with the business unit through pricing and volume.
  • Experience in a similar role, with regional responsibility
  • Bachelors degree in any related field
  • Good command in English
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, compensation, organization planning.
