Good Knowledge of Pakistani Foods like Biryani, Curry's, BBQ and Desserts etc

Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards and food preparation checklist
:

  • Prepare fresh ingredients for cooking according to recipes/menu.
  • Must have knowledge of marination, half cooking and storage of food on different temperatures.
  • Cook food and prepare topquality menu items in a timely manner.
  • Ensure food quality and excellent standards are maintained for all dishes.
  • Keeps all working areas clean and tidy and ensure no cross contamination.
  • Ensures food stuffs are of a good quality and stored correctly.
  • Responsibility of carrying out ordering and stock rotation where necessary.
  • Proper Hygiene and Good Team Member. Excellent Culinary skills. HACCP knowledge. Good communication skills.
