Overviewof the role:

The Senior MarketingManager B2C & B2B role will be key in translating MarketingBusiness strategies into product and service strategies androadmaps for the Global Aftersales Automotive division. The rightcandidate will be tasked with driving the growth of the businessthrough a focus on consumer insights customer experience design anddata backed decisions which will lead the After Sales portfolio ofproducts and Services that delivers sales performance marginstrength and competitive advantage in the Automotive sector in theUAE region and all AFA Global aftersalesbusinesses.

This isa critical role that will help us deliver not only on existingMarketing roadmaps and aspirations but will be bringing forwardideas and innovative new ways to provide best in class end to endcustomer experiences from ideation to go to market and beyondstages. Leading from the front the right candidate will beresponsible for maximising sales / profit through commercialunderstanding of product customer and internalcapabilities.

Thisrole will use specific discipline & technical knowledge toplan and enable a strategic roadmap for an agile marketing plan andactivities that integrate data analytics online to offline customerjourney in order to deliver outcomes for the Global AftersalesAutomotive division aspiration with an ongoing role to drivecontinuous improvement beyond the completion of the initialuplift.

This rolewill work in a fastpaced environment and collaborate withcrossfunctional teams and business stakeholders to define ourMarketing priorities & roadmaps. In this role the rightcandidate will be responsible for gathering requirements generatingideas developing appropriate business cases and prioritizingaccording to the strategic direction of AF Global AftersalesDivision & AF Automotive division (CoE CustomerCentricity).

o Managing the team for B2B& B2C requirements for aftersales business includingAlFuttaim Auto Centers (ALAC)

o Experiential projects sponsorships/partnerships planning and strategy implementation.
oSocial media strategy development and implementation separately foreach business relevant to the brand positioning to maximizeengagement opportunities and loyalty
o Agency partnerrelationships
  • Coordinationof:
o Public Relations planning and execution
o CRM communication across the customer journey
o In conjunction with the Performance management teamresponsible for supporting the businesses in the development andimplementation of their digital strategy including the executionmaintenance and optimizing of all digital plans.

What youwill do:

  • Supervise MarketingStrategy plan & implementation
oDefine and develop the annual marketing strategy in alignment withthe business objectives
o Design the correspondingcommunications plan in accordance with the approved strategy
  • BrandManagement
o Develop a strategic directionplan for brands association with external/internal stakeholders(Global Aftersales brands including AlFuttaim Auto Centers (ALAC)external but relevant businesses) as part of the wider experientialstrategy.
o Work with the heads of each business andcentral PR team to develop the appropriate communication &PR strategies.
  • Social MediaManagement
o Development and strategicsteering of the brand social media strategy in line with the widermarketing and business goals
o Development andmanagement of alwayson brand and product social contentcomplimenting ongoing campaigns and brand positioning
oIntegration and implementation of social media into all brandactivities both physical and virtual.
  • Digital:
oCoordinate cross functionally with internal teams to manage:

Individual business websites to ensure compliance to brandstandards tonality and communicationdirection

Digital media planning &performance

CRM communications to ensureefficiencies of outbound marketing initiatives

  • Campaign and Agencymanagement
o Active participation in allcampaign planning management and implementation across the agencyecosystem.
o Active participation in agency partnermanagement with marketing colleagues and attendance of all agencystatus sessions.
  • Analytics &Reporting
o Development and implementation ofregular reports in cooperation with business head and centralmarketing team focusing on brand performance in the experientialand digital spaces.
o Delivery of a quarterly insightsreport focusing on brand performance in the responsible domain forthe previous quarter aimed at providing tangible recommendationstowards future plans to meet both brand and business goals.
o Marketing Investment tracking and management includingsupervision of PO issuance invoicing and budget updates

You will be reporting to Head ofMarcomms &Planning.

Whatequips you for therole:

  • Business qualificationwith a strong understanding of operational & commercialmarketing
  • B2B and/or B2C expertise/experiencemandatory
  • Preferable to have some previousexperience and knowledge on the UAEs legal landscape when it comesto MarComs related topics
  • Budget management forcentral costs and specificprojects/initiatives
  • Needs to be fullyproficient in Microsoft Office Tools (Word Excel andPowerPoint)
  • 5 8 years B2C or B2B marketingexperience with relevant exposure to the automotiveindustry.
  • Excellent verbal and written Englishcommunication skills essential.
  • Due to thenature of this exciting opportunity the role will need to be highlyflexible can move in a fastpaced competitive environment anddeliver against team objectives.
  • Manage andsupport the Global After Sales marketing team including AlFuttaimAuto Centers (ALAC)
  • Keep a good relationshipwith all Head of Businesses and work with them on the marketingstrategical direction for their departments and cascade to themarketing team members
  • Maintain the overviewand follow up on the different project and initiatives and ensureall will be within the agreed timing andbudget
