Responsibilities:


Inline with the continued growth of our business, we are looking toappoint a Finance Assistant, to be based in our Dubai office tosupport our MENA Finance Team.

The successfulcandidate will be highly detail oriented, organised with strongmultitasking abilities and collaborative. Across their work theywill continually ensure accuracy and effectiveness in allaccounting tasks.

Key duties willinclude:
Accounts payable, including dataentry, preparation of payment runs, supplier queries, collectionsinsurances.

Accounts receivable, includingdraft invoices, data entry and cashreceipting.

Credit cardreconciliations

Processing Expenseclaims

Cashbook

OtherAdhoc Finance/Accounts Related Tasks AsRequired

Skills &Qualifications:


Having gained demonstrableknowledge and at least 2-3 years of relevant experience of accountsrelated duties within a fast-paced, complex environment, you arealso familiar with providing a range of administrative support to ahigh standard, and on a pro-active basis.

You possess advancedMicrosoft Excel skills and are comfortable with the technicalunderstanding and attention to detail it takes to work effectivelyin a Finance assistant role.


You are highlyorganised, take a proactive approach to your work and can work totight deadlines - making use of your initiative, self-motivationand effective communication skills.

A formalaccounting qualification and significant experience of payable/receivables are desirable.
