Qualification:

Responsibilities:

  • Assist senior team members in their daily tasks
  • Assumes responsibility for checking in and out camp grounds and noncamp groups and maintenance of records.
  • Keeping updated record of all labours staying in accommodation.
  • Coordination with HR Admin. Dept. for new arrivals/departures, distribution of company letters, Emirates ID and Medical schedule etc.
  • Ensures timely ordering and maintenance of inventory of all camp supplies, tools, and equipment necessary for the maintenance and operation of the camp facilities.

Requirements:

  • High School or / and Graduate Fresher (UAE Nationals) who are keen to pursue a career in FM industry. Willing to learn various aspects of Accommodation & Logistics department are encouraged to apply.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with adults, youth, and the general public.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Prioritization, coordination, followup skills
