Roles and Responsibilities
- Providing daytoday administrative support to ensure operational effectiveness of the department. Responsibilities include
- Managing the reception area; welcoming visitors and directing them to the right place.
- Attending all incoming telephone calls
- Email monitoring and followup
- Maintaining an efficient filing system of records including filing, copying and/or scanning documents etc.
Experience:
-
Office Administrator: 3 years of administrative experience in Dubai (preferred)
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong Organizational skills.
- Should be able to accomplish tasks with less supervision.
- Excellent time management skill
