Looking forward to welcome dynamic & result-oriented individuals to join our Sales Team as Property Consultant with a focus on sales of off-plan properties in Dubai


If you are having "go-getter" attitude, then this is a good opportunity for you and we would like to immediately connect with you.


If you also possess strong connections with real estate agencies, brokers or investors, coupled with expertise in selling off-plan properties, then these are competitive advantages for you in this role.


Key Responsibilities:

  • 1) Leverage your extensive network with agencies, brokers, and investors to drive the sales of offplan properties across various projects.
2) Sales Target Achievement - Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.


Proven track record in real estate sales with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience with real estate developers (experience with UAE based developers will be an advantage).

In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market and industry trends.

Strong negotiation & experience in finalizing deals.

Excellent communication skills.

Visit visa holders are also encouraged to apply, as this is IMMEDIATE opening.

Proficient in MS Office and familiarity with CRM software.
