Essential Qualifications :
  • Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation / Electronics Engineering
  • Marketing degree preferred but not essential
  • years of Sales & Business development experience selling Physical Property Analyzers in Oil & Gas industry
  • Preferably 5 years' sales experience in SIC Analyzer business
  • Prior knowledge & experience working with Oil & Gas System Integrators / EPC organizations / Consultants
  • Prior experience in Middle-East & India markets

  • Must be able to work independently
  • Excellent Communication and presentation Skills.
  • Experienced and skilled negotiator.
  • Demonstrated record of accomplishment of building and maintaining relationships.

Job Description
  • Independent development & execution of sales & marketing plan in India / in ME
  • Focus on Order Intake, Sales revenue, Key Account Management
  • New business development
  • Development, execution & tracking of growth initiatives
  • Explore cross selling opportunities (within BU as well as across the BUs)
  • Drive and negotiate the project offers to maximize the conversion rate.
  • Regular visits to the various stakeholders (customers / EPC / Consultants / System Integrators) in India / in ME
  • Planning & execution of the marketing plan (roadshows / fairs / ....)
  • Keep watch on various activities from competition and provide strategic inputs to the BU
  • Identification of various projects in the oil & gas, petrochemical and energy sectors and get involved with all the stakeholders right from the FEED stage
Key Performance Indicators (will be the decisive factors for continuation after contract period)
