Job Description:
  • Ambassador Role: Represent the hotel both in and out of the workplace.
  • Personalized Service: Provide tailored service to all guests while adhering to hotel standards.
  • Assistance: Support the Inspired Meetings team and other departments with guest relations and pre-event arrangements.
  • Greeting Guests: Welcome guests personally and accompany them to their rooms or other areas.
  • Hospitality: Offer welcome drinks and towels during check-in at the reception.
  • Promotion: Showcase hotel outlets, describe services, and highlight internal activities and events to guests.
  • Club Millesime: Assist Club Millesime guests with check-in while following procedures diligently.
  • Cleanliness: Maintain high standards of cleanliness and upkeep in guest areas.
  • Equipment Usage: Use appropriate materials, equipment, and supplies for effective guest relations operations.
  • Communication: Follow proper telephone etiquette according to Sofitel standards.
  • Guest Relations: Engage with guests, build relationships, and address any guest complaints professionally and promptly.
  • Privacy: Respect guest privacy and maintain confidentiality of information.
  • Issue Resolution: Handle guest complaints efficiently, seek guidance from management when needed, and ensure resolution to guest satisfaction.
  • Reporting: Report all guest comments or complaints and maintain accurate filing and handover procedures between shifts.
  • VIP Awareness: Stay informed about VIP guests visiting or staying at the hotel.
  • Equipment Proficiency: Operate all equipment and Property Management Systems effectively.
  • Logbook: Review and sign the logbook daily, updating activity reports as necessary.
  • Hotel Updates: Stay current with hotel events, administrative changes, and organizational news.
  • Team Collaboration: Attend daily briefings with the guest relations team to discuss tasks and activities.
  • Loyalty Programs: Promote Accor loyalty programs to guests.
