We are looking to appoint an experienced,
HR Lead to join our team
ASAP.


The HR Lead will provide comprehensive services that deliver HR best practices and commercially focused HR solutions that support the school in the delivery of its strategic objectives.

They will manage the day-to-day administrative tasks of the Human Resources office.


They will also contribute significantly to the achievement of the vision, mission, ethos and business objectives of the school through the development and implementation of HR strategies, policies and procedures.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in HR, and 3+ years in a school or educational setting.
  • Knowledge of HR policies and procedures, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS software.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and monitor overall HR systems and processes across the organization
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
  • Oversee the recruitment and selection process
  • Support current and future business needs by fostering development, engagement, motivation and retention
  • Nurture a positive workplace culture
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that encourages exceptional job performance
  • Manage compensation and benefits program
  • Evaluate training needs to implement and monitor training programs
  • Deliver HR metrics to management for decisionmaking and advisory support
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
