Ultimately, the duties of a Sales Associate are to achieve excellent customer service, while consistently meeting the company's sales goals.


Responsibilities:

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
  • Assess customers' needs and provide assistance and information on product features
  • Follow and achieve the department's sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company's customer base and ensures its strong presence
- "Go the extra mile" to drive sales

  • Actively seek out customers
  • Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
  • Team up with coworkers to ensure proper customer service
  • Build productive trust relationships with customers
  • Suggest ways to improve sales (e.g. planning marketing activities)

Requirements:

  • Sales Associate skills
  • Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Associate, Sales Representative, or similar role
  • With UAE Driving License & Car
  • Able to visit clients and present our products with high confidence and knowledge
  • With an established network of relationships with Business Managers in the UAE
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
  • Proficiency in English (other languages are a plus)
  • Basic Math skills
  • Working knowledge of the customer and market dynamics and requirements
  • Track record of overachieving sales quota
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills
  • A friendly and energetic personality with a customer service focus
  • Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner
  • Availability to work flexible shifts
  • BS degree in Marketing or a related field
  • Preferably Russian or Arabic
  • The salary range is AED 5,000 8,000 depending on skills and experience_

Salary:
AED5, AED8,000.00 per month
