The role will focus on direct, fund, co-investment and platform investments in hotel assets across major markets. What the job involvesInvolvement in all aspects of the transaction process from origination to execution and portfolio managementDeveloping and analysing financial modelsLeading certain workstreams such as various diligence processes as well being the point of contact for industry experts, management teams and investment partnersWorking alongside other top-tier asset managers / private equity funds on co-investment opportunitiesWho we are looking forExperience of working in real estate hotels and hospitality in M&A or private equity, ideally in the AmericasOutstanding academics from a top-tier universityStrong business acumen and high professional integritySave roleLog in to applyWe are the leading retained search and recruitment specialists for private markets professionals.
