Develop a comprehensive strategy and roadmap for the implementation and operation of the Dubai's Single Window Platform- Identify the goals, objectives, and global competitive indicators for the Dubai's Single Window
- Identify global best practices and emerging trade facilitation and technology
- Collaborate with decision makers and senior management to align the trade Dubai's Single Window with the government and the organization's strategy.
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of the trade single window project, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Implement change management strategies to facilitate the transition to the trade single window system.
- Engage and collaborate with government agencies, customs authorities, regulatory bodies, private sector and other stakeholders to gain support, gather requirements, and address their needs.
- Foster relationships with international organizations, cross border trade partners, and industry representatives to promote interoperability and data exchange.
- Develop KPI's and robust awareness campaigns to ensure smooth adoption of the trade single window.
- Establish performance metrics and monitoring mechanisms to track the efficiency and effectiveness of the trade single window.
- Work closely with the product management and technology teams to towards the design and implementation of the Dubai's Single Window Platform
- Monitor and stay updated with relevant trade regulations, policies, and international standards to ensure compliance within the trade single window system.
- Advise leadership on regulatory changes and their impact on trade processes and system requirements.
- Develop a robust governance framework to ensure data protection, intellectual property, and other legal requirements.
