Main Responsibilities and Accountabilities
The key responsibilities and expected accomplishments for this position include:

Content Development:

  • Develop creative concepts and ideas for multimedia content that align with the client's objectives.
  • Edit and optimize multimedia content for different platforms and formats, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and messaging.

Performance Analysis:

  • Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of content strategies.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in content creation and digital marketing.

Project Management:

  • Manage projects autonomously, delivering final assets in various formats as required.
  • Develop and implement the most effective digital marketing strategies to reach the greatest number of interested students and parents and drive effective enrollment in our programs and services.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience as a media content creator, with a diverse portfolio showcasing content across various formats such as video, images, and written copy.
  • Proficiency in multimedia tools and software, including video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro), graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva), and content management systems.
  • Strong storytelling skills and the ability to create engaging, shareable content for different platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creativity and a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
  • Ability to work independently and manage projects from start to finish.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and content optimization techniques.
  • Bachelor's degree in media studies, communications, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Mastering web design and digital marketing, effective new strategies, and perfect use of digital marketing platforms and software.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate creative concepts and ideas for multimedia content aligned with client objectives and target audience.
  • Produce highquality multimedia content, including videos, images, infographics, and written copy, across various channels.
  • Edit and optimize content for different platforms, ensuring brand guidelines and messaging consistency.
  • Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to assess effectiveness and refine strategies.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices, leveraging AIdriven analytics for strategic decisionmaking.
  • Manage projects autonomously, using AI automation tools to streamline workflows.

Data Gathering and Collection:

  • Conduct phone interviews and gather feedback directly from clients or potential clients.
  • Utilize data scraping techniques to gather information from online sources, including industry reports and competitor websites.
  • Attend industry networking events and conferences to connect with professionals and explore partnership opportunities.
  • Visit institutions such as universities, research centers, and government agencies to gather insights, establish connections, and gather relevant data.

Desired Skills:

  • Experience with photography and proficiency in photo editing software.
  • Knowledge of SEO principles and content optimization techniques.
  • Familiarity with video animation and motion graphics, utilizing AIdriven animation tools.
  • Proficiency in using social media management tools for content scheduling and performance analysis.
  • Understanding of copyright laws and permissions for multimedia content usage.
  • Adaptability to diverse client needs and preferences, demonstrating flexibility and creativity in content creation.
