JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Ensure the smooth running of the business and workflow.
  • Motivate and promote productivity among employees and assess employee's performance.
  • Identify and provide solutions to issues (such as conflict with customers, between employees and in other departments)
  • Establishes and maintains a legal working environment, secure and safe.
  • Provide upper management with regular weekly reports.
  • Handle all the marketing for the different activities of the center.
  • Lead employees in meeting the company's expectations and constant improvement.
