Introduction:
Join our dynamic e-commerce team as a Media Buyer and play a critical role in expanding our brand's reach and impact across the Middle East and Africa (MEA) region.
We are seeking a data-driven and strategic individual who excels in social media advertising and is skilled at managing budget-efficient campaigns that maximize ROI.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, execute, and manage innovative social media advertising campaigns that align with our KPIs, including conversion rate, revenue attribution, CPA, ROI, AOV, and CLTV.
- Analyze campaign performance data to continually refine and optimize media buying strategies.
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure campaigns are aligned with the company's brand identity and promotional goals.
- Utilize analytics tools to track campaign progress and report on results with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Manage budgets and forecasts, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across various platforms.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing, particularly within the MEA region.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging content that resonates with our target audience.
- Establish strong relationships with social media platforms and media vendors to ensure we receive the best rates and placements.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Media Buyer or similar role; experience in e-commerce is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms used widely in the MEA region (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Snapchat, and Google Ads).
- Expertise in analytical tools and capable of making data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Native Arabic Speakers and Fluent in English other regional languages is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with CRM software and digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Strong creative and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
