JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

  • Ensure all executions are in accordance with purchasing practices and KGI purchase policies and procedures
  • Define the process of Planning, Coordinating & Monitoring of basic Purchasing activities at a glance, starting from Triggering Point to Execution.
  • Analyze and monitor delays in each milestone and escalate to HOD-GPSC from time to time and facilitate the team of an Alarm for any potential roadblocks.
  • Extract the details relating to overall Spend Analysis from ERP/SAP and prepare a base report for management to take the strategic decision related to sourcing.
  • Define, Coordinate and Monitor the Purchasing Projects e.g. Productivity/Cost Savings, Supplier Delivery Rating
  • Improvement, Supplier Rejection Level Improvements, Supplier Consolidation Plan & others.
  • Act as a helping hand for HOD-GPSC and entire team in terms of providing required MIS well in time.
  • Define, coordinate and implement the Purchasing Function Quality Management Systems (QMS) in line with ISO 9001, under the guidance of HOD-GPSC.
  • Maintain Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) during Internal or External ISO 9000 Audits, coordinate with concerned official to define the Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA) and monitor the progress in line with Action Plan.
  • Prepare a Gap Analysis report related to current Purchasing Processes and suggests the required improvements to HOD-GPSC/Management as and when required.
  • Define a system to maintain all the required documents and records for Purchasing Function.
  • Any other management report as and when instructed from time to time either by Finance or Purchase.
