Job Description
AECOM currently seek a Facilities Coordinator to be based in their Abu Dhabi office.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient operation of AECOM office systems, managing the equipment maintenance schedules and test office systems.


Duties and Responsibilities include:
Maintaining repairing as required, to ensure the safe, efficient, and effective operation of all systems in the office.
Establishing and maintaining a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) for tracking work orders and maintenance history of equipments.

Troubleshooting, operating and managing office systems, such as security system, fire alarm and leak detections systems, meeting scheduling system, audio visual (AV) system, building management system, way finding system, safety inductions system, public address (PA) system, etc.

Assisting the Administration Lead in the planning and execution of new projects (fit-out of new facilities and renovation of existing facilities).Reporting to the Administration Lead on improvements that could be made to the cleaning, maintenance and security services.

Maintaining on-call availability via email and phone during hours of business operation.
Assisting in the research, review, and selection of new contractors, vendors, and construction suppliers.
Managing the issuing and cancellation of building and office security passes to staff and visitors.
Managing key and lock changes to offices, cabinets, pedestals, etc.
Preparing reports, data and making recommendations for improving operations and solving maintenance related problems.
Being responsible for the testing of fire alarms, fire extinguishers and emergency lighting on a routine basis.
Initiating emergency maintenance works outside of normal working hours as required.
Reviewing and making recommendations to maintain building integrity, maintaining accurate Job Category Engineering

The applicant must also hold a Technical Diploma or relevant Bachelors Degree.
