The job description for Mechanical / Electrical Technican required to execute projects within Abu Dhabi will be as follows:

Key Responsibility:

  • Assembly, Installation, Maintaining and repairing equipment
  • Troubleshooting mechanical issues
  • Data analysis to assess the performance of machinery
  • Communicating with and supporting engineers
  • Documenting machine safety and maintenance
  • Gathering technical requirement from OEM representative and work accordingly.
  • Specific Khalifa Port requirements:
  • Electrical and Network cable pulling
  • Mechanical assembly of OCR portals
  • Assist with hoisting Portals
  • Installing OCR cameras
  • Installing RFID readers
  • Installing LED lights
  • Installing Barriers
  • Connecting power and network cables to equipment
  • Mechanical installation RTLS controller unit and antenna

Skills and Experience Requirement:

  • Diploma/Higher Diploma/Degree in Mechnical, Electronics, and Communication.
  • Should have at least 34 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Good experience in the management of machinery.
  • Excellent in troubleshooting the system components and preparing technical reports.
  • Excellent knowledge of installation, repair and maintenance of heterogeneous machinery.
  • Any certification within related technologies will be preferred.

Job Types:
Temporary, Contract

Contract length: 6 months

Pay:
AED3, AED4,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employerprovided relocation package (preferred)

Experience:

  • GCC: 2 years (preferred)

License/Certification:

  • Driving License (preferred)
