Requirements:

Responsibilities

  • Manage client relationships, providing support in tax compliance and advisory matters, acting as the main point of contact, staying updated on business developments, and ensuring compliance with obligations and legislative changes.
  • Negotiate fees and ensure timely billing for completed work on your client portfolio.
  • Review tax returns and computations, ensuring efficient and riskmanaged delivery of corporation tax compliance services.
  • Handle tax disclosures and liaise with the audit team on tax audits.
  • Possess a strong understanding of OECD BEPS inclusive framework, Pillar 1, and
  • Oversee the delivery of corporation tax content in projects, collaborating with international member firms.
  • Manage tax due diligence assignments for both buy and sellside transactions.
  • Adhere to internal risk management procedures.
  • Produce highquality, professional tax reports for review by the tax partner.
  • Lead, manage, motivate, and coach team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
  • Build client relationships and identify growth opportunities within client accounts.
