Immediate Need

Qulification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum of 4+ years experience in MEP project management.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work effectively within tight deadlines.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.

Requirements and responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of MEP projects from inception to completion.
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines.
  • Prepare and review project proposals, contracts, and specifications.
  • Manage procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring timely delivery and costeffectiveness.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and meetings to monitor progress and address any issues.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to project team members.
  • Resolve conflicts or disputes that may arise during the course of the project.
  • Track project expenses and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders, including senior management.
  • Foster a collaborative and productive work environment among project team members.
  • Continuously evaluate project performance and implement improvements as necessary.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to MEP systems.
  • Uphold company policies and values while representing the organization professionally.

Salary:
From AED10,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • MEP project: 4 years (required)

License/Certification:
- driving license (required)
