Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for potential clients interested in immigrating to the UK, Canada, or Australia. Provide accurate and comprehensive information on immigration programs, procedures, and requirements specific to these countries._
  • Assess client profiles, understand their goals, qualifications, and preferences, and recommend suitable immigration programs that align with their objectives._
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions, inquiries, and progress in our CRM system._
  • Stay updated with the latest immigration policies, regulations, and changes specific to the UK, Canada, and Australia to provide uptodate and accurate information to clients._
  • Achieve sales targets and actively contribute to the overall growth and success of the immigration services division._

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., International Relations, Law, Business) is preferred._
  • Proven experience in sales or customer service roles, preferably in the immigration or related industry, with a strong focus on the UK, Canada, and Australia._
  • Indepth knowledge of immigration programs, visa categories, and procedures specific to the UK, Canada, and Australia._
  • Familiarity with client assessment and eligibility criteria for immigration programs in the UK, Canada, and Australia._
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients from diverse backgrounds._
