Sports Academy Manager Opportunity in Abu Dhabi


Are you passionate about sports and dedicated to nurturing the potential of young athletes? Team Sports Services, an esteemed Australian Academy operating in Dubai, Sharjah, and Abu Dhabi, is seeking a skilled and motivated Academy Manager to oversee our exciting basketball and football programs for children aged 4 to 18 years old.

This is an incredible opportunity to make a positive impact on young athletes' lives while working remotely from Abu Dhabi.


Role Overview:

As an Academy Manager, you will play a crucial role in the smooth operation of all our centres and activities in Dubai

Your responsibilities will include:
On-site Leadership: Visiting every site every day, ensuring the highest standards of coaching and program execution.

Business Development:
Driving growth and maximizing revenue opportunities to expand our reach and impact.

Customer Satisfaction:
Ensuring exceptional customer service and retention rates, building strong relationships with parents and participants.

Program and Planner Management:
Overseeing the planning and execution of various activities, optimizing the learning experience for our young athletes.

Stakeholder Relationship:
Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, including parents, school authorities, and local sports organizations.

Financial Planning and Budget:
Managing financial aspects efficiently to maintain sustainable growth.

Technical Advice:
Providing valuable technical advice and support to our talented coaches.

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you should have:
A valid driver's license and a car, as you will be required to travel to each centre regularly.

A genuine passion for sports and youth development.

Strong organizational and leadership skills.

Previous experience in sports management or a related field.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

A proactive and innovative mindset to drive continuous improvement.

A competitive salary of 4000 dirham during the initial 3-month probation period.

Visa and residency support after successfully completing the probation period.
