We are actively looking for a versatile and data-driven Marketing Manager with a comprehensive skill set in financial services to orchestrate our marketing initiatives in the MENA region.

Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with MENA business unit heads and the central Marketing team.

The primary focus will be identifying the most suitable marketing strategy, developing compelling propositions, and strategically planning activities to propel business growth in our target markets within MENA.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with the business unit head to define the marketing strategy, proposition, and key messages to deliver the business targets.
  • Ensure that the global brand tone of voice and visual identity is maintained across all communications, both globally and locally initiated.
  • Brief the central Performance Marketing team to develop online campaigns that generate lead demand costefficiently to meet CPA targets.
  • Evaluate the performance across the conversion funnel from lead to traded account, identifying conversion weaknesses, and costinefficiencies and making recommendations for corrective action to improve conversion rates.
  • Develop a strong local social media campaign to raise awareness and engagement for the brand across the key platforms.
  • Review the brand reputation status across review sites, app store, and forums and work with the central team to address material comments and reviews to mitigate brand damage.
  • Plan and coordinate local marketing initiatives such as seminars, webinars, and trade shows.
  • Provide a monthly review of marketing performance and activity for review.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or a related field
  • 2+ years in direct brand marketing or agency experience within the Equities, FX and CFD sector
  • Proficiency in Arabic language is required.
  • Must have experience managing a marketing campaign for a singular brand throughout the MENA region
  • Proven multichannel experience with all major performance marketing channels including mobile programmatic, paid search, display, and social (Facebook ecosystem)
  • Solid experience working closely with sales teams with full responsibility for KPl's along the marketing & sales funnel
  • Be able to communicate and execute industry best practices and the latest digital trends
  • Strong interest in media trends and keeping up to date on new developments
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic
  • Personal CFD trading experience would be considered an advantage
