Responsibilities:

  • Perform thorough examinations and consultations to diagnose soft tissue conditions in small pets.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.
  • Perform a variety of soft tissue surgeries, including but not limited to, tumor removals, hernia repairs, gastrointestinal surgeries, and reconstructive procedures.
  • Utilize advanced surgical techniques and technologies to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Collaborate closely with other veterinary professionals to ensure integrated patient care.
  • Maintain accurate medical records and communicate effectively with pet owners regarding diagnosis, treatment options, and postoperative care.

Qualifications:

  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited institution.
  • Licensed to practice veterinary medicine in the relevant jurisdiction.
  • Board certification or significant experience in soft tissue surgery for small animals.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in performing a wide range of soft tissue procedures.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively educate and engage pet owners.
  • Compassionate approach to patient care and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of veterinary medicine.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced environment while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
