Sales Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance metrics to provide regular reports to the sales manager.


Trade Shows and Events:

Represent the coffee company at trade shows, industry events, and promotional activities to network with potential clients and showcase products.


Customer Feedback:

Gather feedback from customers regarding product preferences, quality, and customer service, and relay this information to the internal teams for continuous improvement.


Sales Targets:

Meet or exceed sales targets set by the company, demonstrating consistent performance and meeting quarterly and annual sales objectives.


Requirements:

Driving License.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the food and beverage industry, with a strong sales track record.

Passion for coffee and knowledge of coffee brewing methods, coffee types, and flavor profiles.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and colleagues.

Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to close deals and secure new business partnerships.

Results-driven with a proactive and self-motivated approach to achieving sales goals.

Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively.

Willingness to travel within the designated sales territory as needed.

Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage customer interactions and track sales activities.

Salary:
AED2, AED3,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Al-Ayn: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:
