JOB TITLE: ELVIINSPECTOR (Extra Low Voltage Inspector)

ROLE SUMMARY:

As an ELV Inspector, you will play a key role in ensuring that Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems meet design specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements during construction projects. Your attention to detail will be crucial in upholding the quality and functionality of ELV systems.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Inspection: Conduct thorough inspections of ELV systems to verify compliance with design specifications and regulatory standards.
• Quality Assurance: Monitor construction activities related to ELV systems to ensure adherence to approved drawings and technical specifications.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of inspections and corrective actions taken during the construction process.
• Coordination: Collaborate with project stakeholders to address any issues identified during inspections.
• Code Compliance: Verify that ELV systems installation meets building codes and safety standards.
• Testing and Commissioning: Oversee testing activities to ensure system functionality.
• Reporting: Prepare detailed inspection reports with findings and recommendations.
• Training and Guidance: Provide technical support to construction teams on ELV systems.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in ELV system installation, testing, or inspection.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of ELV system components and industry standards.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications such as CLVP are a plus.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to identify discrepancies in ELV systems.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot issues effectively.
