As a SEO Specialist you will be responsible for the management of all on and offsite optimization activities as well as play a strong support role with our sales team. If you strive to be in a client facing role while leveraging your SEO knowledge to manage campaigns from conception to execution youll fit right in

Responsibilities

Youll wear many hats and work closely with the creative and strategy teams in order to present SEO research/findings/analytics to our clients via either conference calls or inperson presentations.
Conduct monthly client calls to discuss campaigns as needed.
Perform technical SEO Audits of client websites.
Help sales team in calls to explain SEO services.
Identify recommend and implement onpage website SEO optimizations.
Identify configuration and duplicate content issues and recommend remedies.
Daytoday client relationship management.
Stay abreast of algorithm updates and adjust strategy and client communication.
Writing and editing blog/body copy content for our clients.

Required Skills

Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience with 12 years of SEO experience agency side preferred.
Excited to drive innovation through the success of SEO programs and a strong sense of urgency
Demonstrated knowledge of HTML and various CMSs.
Handson experience with Google Analytics Google Webmaster Tools SEOmoz Raven Tools WordPress and similar CMS platforms.
Fluency in SEO core elements including but not limited to: Onpage and Offpage tactics site navigation and URL structure internal linking structure Meta Data dynamic and static page templates XML sitemaps Canonical Tags Structured Data/Schema etc.).
Selfmotivated and Detail Oriented.
Solid control of grammar spelling and punctuation.
Extreme attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency.
Ability to prioritize workload and delegate tasks; manage projects within approved budgets and deadlines.
Ability to present and analyze data effectively and efficiently.
Strong interpersonal skill and ability to work well with a team.
Proficiency in HTML enhancements for better search engine visibility and technical optimization a big plus
