Are you looking for a new exciting challenge? How about joining us at Kongsberg Maritime Middle East as a Service Administrator?


As our Service Administrator, you'll be responsible for various supporting tasks for our service and spare part sales activities and will work in a team with service & spares coordinators and internal stakeholders, such as Team Leaders, Project Managers, and Engineers.

Your daily routine will be a mix of challenging tasks and routine work, making sure that our spares sales and service coordination team are supported smoothly and efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.


Your key accountabilities will include:

  • In cooperation with Team Leaders & Project Managers, handle invoicing of standard Service & Project activities as well as intercompany invoices for After Market Projects and Service Level Agreements according to the agreed milestones
  • Point of contact for Service Level Agreement customer's day to day Inquiries, Quotations, Invoices and customer portal handling
  • Spares Sales & Training Coordination activities as a backup, relevant responsibilities applicable during the assigned backup period
  • Handling Quotations and Orders for Inhouse repairs & refurbished sales of products
  • Other undefined activities based on business needs to meet customer satisfaction

Qualifications and experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Organized and structured
  • English language, both verbal and in writing.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to relate well to people at all levels and to establish networks.
  • Strong ability to coordinate several activities simultaneously.
  • Ability to work with others in a team.
